Sending and receiving mail from command line is quite command under UNIX or Linux operating system. to activate this command you need to install a package. To install use following command.
$ sudo apt-get install mailutil
$ sudo apt-get install libmailutils-dev
Mailutil manual$ sudo apt-get install libmailutils-dev
